Mosari Communications Terms

Effective August 24, 2026 | Version mosari-communications-2026-08-v1 | Mosari Platform

These terms supplement the Mosari Terms of Service for email, SMS, and other communications made through Mosari products.

Counsel review pending. These operating terms should be reviewed before final commercial publication.

1. Mosari to Mosari users: transactional

Mosari may contact its direct account holders and business users about account security, verification, billing, support, system status, operational matters, and important product notices. These messages support the user's direct relationship with Mosari and are separate from Mosari marketing preferences.

2. Mosari to Mosari users: marketing

Promotions, product announcements, upgrade campaigns, and similar Mosari marketing are subject to separate preferences or consent where required. Recipients may use the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided in the message. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary account or service communications.

3. Business customers to their end customers

A Mosari product may facilitate appointment, technician, job, estimate, invoice, payment, service follow-up, review-request, or authorized campaign communications from a subscribing business to that business's customers. The business is the represented sender and is responsible for recipient selection, message content, required consent, honoring opt-outs, and compliance with applicable laws, carrier rules, and provider policies. Mosari supplies the technical infrastructure and related processing.

4. Transactional and marketing separation

Permission for a requested customer-care or transactional message is not permission for marketing. Products may maintain separate transactional and marketing preferences, consent evidence, suppression records, templates, and eligibility checks. A STOP or unsubscribe request must be honored as required for the applicable channel and message class.

5. Campaign billing and limits

Bulk or marketing campaigns may be plan-gated and billed as Usage-Based Services. They may require prepaid credits, payment, or an estimated reservation before execution. Mosari may block a campaign when consent, suppression, plan, funding, provider, content, or frequency checks fail. Estimates may be reconciled to actual recipient, segment, carrier, destination, or provider usage after delivery attempts.

6. Delivery and contact

Delivery is subject to network, carrier, provider, recipient-device, and destination availability and is not guaranteed. Mosari may delay, rate-limit, or reject traffic to protect recipients, the platform, or provider standing. Questions may be sent to support@mymosari.com.
