Mosari Terms of Service

1. Accounts and product memberships

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, maintain appropriate administrative access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. A Mosari account may hold memberships in one or more products or business workspaces. Workspace owners are responsible for the users, roles, and permissions they authorize.

2. Product supplements and customer data

Product-specific terms may supplement these Terms. You retain your rights in content and customer data submitted to the service and grant Mosari the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, support, and provide the service. You are responsible for lawful collection, instructions, notices, consent, and the accuracy of data you submit.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid products may renew automatically for the billing period shown at purchase until canceled. Taxes, add-ons, overages, and third-party charges may apply. Plan limits, included features, and current prices are those presented at checkout or in the account billing area, subject to prospective changes with appropriate notice.

4. Usage-Based Services

Optional metered services may include communications, AI usage, storage, data processing, third-party integrations, or other functionality billed according to consumption. Mosari may charge usage fees, require prepayment or prepaid credits, reserve an estimated amount before execution, prevent use when the available balance is insufficient, and reconcile estimated and actual usage afterward.

Rates may incorporate provider, carrier, network, destination, processing, or other pass-through costs and may change prospectively with appropriate notice. Mosari may apply reasonable account, tenant, recipient, volume, velocity, daily, or monthly limits to protect the platform, users, providers, and billing integrity. A subscription tier does not imply unlimited use of a metered service unless expressly stated.

5. Communications

Mosari may send operational messages to its direct users. Marketing messages require separate authorization where required. When a product facilitates a business's communications with its customers, that business is responsible for its recipients, content, consent, and compliance. The Mosari Communications Terms apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may not access another tenant without authorization, upload unlawful or infringing content, send deceptive or unsolicited communications, evade consent or billing controls, interfere with service operation, probe security without authorization, or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk or provider charges.

7. Third-party services and availability

Integrations and delivery services may depend on third-party providers and their terms, limits, pricing, availability, and approval requirements. Mosari does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or delivery. We may suspend or restrict functionality to address security, legal, provider, abuse, or payment concerns.

8. Changes, privacy, and contact

We may update products and these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and version. The Mosari Privacy Policy describes data processing. Questions may be sent to support@mymosari.com.
