Mosari Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026 | Version mosari-privacy-2026-08-v1 | Mosari Platform
Mosari LLC provides a platform and suite of software products and services, which may include ScreenOps and other current or future Mosari products. This policy explains how Mosari collects, uses, discloses, and protects information across that platform. Product-specific notices describe additional processing for an individual Mosari product.
Counsel review pending. These operating terms should be reviewed before final commercial publication.
1. Mosari account holders and business users
Mosari may process registration, identity, authentication, MFA, profile, product membership, subscription, billing, support, integration, developer or API activity, AI-assisted feature, analytics, marketing-preference, and security-log information. For this direct platform relationship, Mosari generally determines why and how that information is processed and acts as the controller or business where those concepts apply.
2. Users of individual Mosari products
Each product may collect operational information suited to its purpose. Product-level notices and supplemental terms apply in addition to this policy. For example, the ScreenOps Privacy Notice describes customer records, service workflows, and messaging preferences used by screen-service businesses. If a product notice conflicts with this policy about product-specific processing, the more specific notice controls for that processing.
3. Information businesses store about their customers
A subscribing business may use a Mosari product to store and process information about its own customers. The business determines many of the purposes for collecting and using that data. Mosari generally processes it on the business's behalf to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the contracted service, subject to applicable terms, instructions, and law.
The business remains responsible for its customer relationship, lawful collection, required notices, permissions, and communication consent. Mosari does not claim ownership of the business's customer data.
4. Communications and tenant-authorized campaigns
Mosari does not independently use a subscribing business's customer records to market Mosari products or unrelated third-party products to that business's end customers. A business may instruct Mosari to process customer information for that business's own authorized transactional or marketing communications. Mosari then acts as a technology and delivery service provider, while the business remains responsible for lawful consent, content, audience selection, and honoring opt-out requests.
Transactional and customer-care communications are kept conceptually separate from marketing communications. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Additional rules appear in the Mosari Communications Terms.
5. How Mosari uses and discloses information
Mosari uses information to provide and personalize services, authenticate users, process payments, deliver requested communications, support customers, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Information may be disclosed to authorized service providers, integration partners selected by the customer, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Our current provider categories are described in the Subprocessor List.
6. Security, retention, and choices
Mosari uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive certain information.
7. Children, changes, and contact
Mosari accounts are not intended for people under 18. We may update this policy as the platform, providers, and legal requirements change. The effective date and version above identify the current policy. Privacy questions may be sent to support@mymosari.com.
